Dr David Lacey

Biography

David Lacey is Managing Director of IDCARE and researcher in human factors of cyber security. He has published widely on inter-organisational performance, control effectiveness and behavioural impacts and influences of crimes of deception. In his work at IDCARE he remains exposed to many tens of thousands of cases of cybercrimes impacting our community each year, providing rich insights into how well Australia is performing in countering these impacts.
